China may invest 8 billions in the creation of the Development Bank of SCO

Shanghai, December, 6, China announced that, it may invest $8 billions in the creation of the Development Bank of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). Thus, China will become the primary investor of the bank with the fund of $10 billions. The remaining 2 billions will be invested by other parties, including Russia.
